Facility Description:
Rev1 Packaging is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Texas, specializing in the production and packaging of consumer goods and industrial products. The campus spans approximately 250,000 square feet and includes advanced production lines, quality control labs, warehousing, and administrative offices. The facility is designed for high-efficiency manufacturing with flexible production capabilities that can accommodate a wide range of packaging needs. The central plant, which supports the facility’s operations, has a cooling capacity of approximately 1,200 tons, ensuring precise climate control essential for both the production processes and the storage of sensitive materials. The facility is equipped with modern systems and technology that emphasize energy efficiency and operational flexibility.
Timberlake & Dickson Scope:
Timberlake & Dickson was responsible for furnishing Evapco cooling towers for the project to meet the specific thermal performance requirements of the facility, and a Puroflux basin filtration system ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability. Further, the scope included Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers, Yaskawa VFDs, and Aurora Pumps. Additionally, the project included training key personnel on operation and maintenance, providing all necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth handover, all aimed at enhancing the facility’s operating efficiency and reliability.
