Facility Description:
This prominent office tower located in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, is part of the larger City Place development, which includes two twin towers. City Place Two is a modern, high-rise building with approximately 313,000 square feet of office space spread across 19 floors. The tower offers Class A office spaces, featuring state-of-the-art amenities, including conference rooms, fitness centers, and dining options. The facility is supported by a central plant designed to manage the building’s heating, cooling, and electrical needs. The central plant has a cooling capacity of approximately 2,000 tons, ensuring that the building remains comfortable and energy-efficient throughout the year. The tower’s design focuses on energy efficiency and sustainability, incorporating advanced building systems and technology.
Timberlake & Dickson Scope:
Timberlake & Dickson was contracted to furnish and coordinate the installation of replacement Evapco fluid coolers, Aurora HVAC Pumps, Yaskawa VFDs, and other associated appurtenances for the facility’s HVAC system. The project involved ensuring the new fluid coolers were properly integrated with the existing infrastructure, particularly focusing on the fitment on the existing structural supports located on top of the parking garage.
