Facility Description:
This multi-building, mixed-use campus in Plano, Texas, encompassing nearly 100-acres, and over 2.3 million square feet of office space. The office campus serves over 150 different business, including Heartland Payment Systems, Guardian Life Insurance, Wells Fargo, Ford Motor, FM Global, Siemens and NTT Data. Timberlake & Dickson has provided equipment for six separate office buildings, each building ranging in size from around 250,000 to 300,000 square feet each, as well as the Hilton Plano 299-room hotel that sits at the center of the development.

Timberlake & Dickson provided equipment on multiple buildings, including Evapco cooling towers, SyncroFlo domestic water pressure booster, Yaskawa variable frequency drives, Aurora condenser water pumps, and Puroflux condenser water separator systems.
Notable facts:
This campus includes five LEED Certified Class-A office buildings! A fun side note: the elaborate, glass fixtures that adorn the ceiling in the lobbies of the office buildings on this campus are works of art. They come from right here in Texas, from Wimberley Glass Works in Wimberley, Texas.
